Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our admissions process, programs, and policies.

While we encourage families to apply during our main enrollment period (January-April for fall start), we accept applications year-round and maintain a waiting list when programs are full. For the best chance of securing your preferred schedule, we recommend applying at least 3-6 months before your desired start date.

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $95 per child. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application, scheduling tours and interviews, and maintaining our admissions database. The fee is due at the time of application submission.

Yes, we encourage all prospective families to tour our facility before applying. We offer scheduled tours on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 AM and Wednesday afternoons at 4:00 PM. Tours typically last 45-60 minutes and include an opportunity to observe classrooms, meet staff, and ask questions. Please use our online scheduling tool to book your tour.

We maintain teacher-to-child ratios that follow state licensing requirements. Our ratios are: Infant Program (1:6), Toddler Program (1:10), Early Preschool (1:15), Preschool (1:18), Pre-Kindergarten (1:22 with teacher assistant), and School Age 6+ (1:25). These ratios ensure that each child receives appropriate attention and care.

Our tuition includes all aspects of our core educational program, nutritious meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack for full-day and extended-day programs), digital daily reports, developmental assessments, and parent-teacher conferences. Additional fees apply for optional enrichment programs, field trips for older children, and special events.

Yes, we offer need-based financial aid to help make our program accessible to more families. Our financial aid budget is limited, so we encourage families to apply early. The financial aid application process is separate from the admissions process and requires additional documentation, including tax returns and financial statements. Please contact our admissions office for more information.

We require a 30-day written notice for withdrawal from our program. Tuition is non-refundable for the month in which the withdrawal occurs. The initial security deposit is refundable when proper notice is given and all outstanding balances are paid. Please refer to the enrollment agreement for complete details on our withdrawal policy.

Potty training is not required for our Infant, Toddler, or Early Preschool programs. We work collaboratively with families on potty training when children show readiness. Children entering our Preschool program (3-4 years) are expected to be fully potty trained. We understand that accidents happen and approach these situations with patience and support.

For the health and safety of all children and staff, children may not attend school if they have had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours: fever of 100.4°F or higher, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious rash, or other signs of communicable disease. Children must be symptom-free without medication for 24 hours before returning to school. Please refer to our parent handbook for our complete illness policy.

Yes, we accept mid-year enrollments based on availability. While most families start at the beginning of the school year in September, we understand that families move or have changing childcare needs throughout the year. Please contact our admissions office to inquire about current openings for mid-year enrollment.
